
MOORE’S DRY GIN BASED COCKTAILS

Glassware: Stemless wine glass
Garnish: Lime wedgeIngredients:
• 30ml Moore’s Dry Gin
• 100ml Fever-Tree indian Tonic
Method:
Add Moore’s Dry Gin to a stemless wine glass, fill with ice and add Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water. Squeeze in lime juice and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
Phil’s Ginspresso

Glassware: Martini glass
Garnish: Coffee beansIngredients:
• 30ml Moore’s Dry Gin
• 30ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
• 30ml espresso coffee
• 15ml sugar syrup
• Thumbnail piece of orange zest
• Whole coffee beans
Method:
Place Moore’s Dry Gin, Mr Black Coffee Liqueur, espresso coffee, sugar syrup and orange zest into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously (60 times to be precise - Phil’s tip!) and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with whole coffee beans.
MARTINI

Glassware: Cocktail, martini, Nick Nora or coupette
Garnish: Olives or lime twistIngredients:
• 75ml Moore's Dry Gin
• 10ml Dry vermouth
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker three-fourths full of ice cubes. Add Moore’s Dry Gin and Dolin Dry Vermouth, then cover and shake until a thin layer of condensation forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an olive or fresh lemon twist.
Lemon Myrtle Collins

Glassware: Highball, collins or tall glass
Garnish: Lemon wheelIngredients:
• 40ml Moore’s Dry Gin
• 20ml Lemon Myrtle Liqueur
• 20ml lemon juice
• Top with 100ml of soda water
Method:
Combine Moore’s Dry Gin, Lemon Myrtle Liqueur and lemon juice in your cocktail glass of choice over ice. Stir well, top with soda water and garnish with fresh lemon.

Garnish: 3 raspberriesIngredients:
• 60ml Moore's Dry Gin
• 30ml lemon juice
• 20ml Distillery Botanica Raspberry Liqueur
• 20ml sugar syrup
• Glug egg whiteMethod:
Add Moore’s Dry Gin, Raspberry Liqueur, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass of your choice and garnish with three speared raspberries.

• 30ml Campari
• 30ml Sweet Vermouth
• Pink grapefruit zest

Combine Moore’s Dry Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth in a mixing glass. Stir well and strain over ice into a stemless wine glass. Garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge and zest.

• 150ml Fever-Tree Indian Tonic
Method:
Add Moore’s Dry Gin to a wine glass, fill with ice and add Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water. Squeeze in lime juice and garnish with a fresh lime wedge and a handful of pink peppercorns.

• 100ml Fever-Tree Lemon TonicMethod:
Add Moore’s Roots & Leaves Dry Gin to a stemless wine glass, fill with ice and add Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water. Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge.
Gin Old Fashioned

Glassware: Rocks, tumbler, old fashioned or short glass
Garnish: Orange twistIngredients:
• 60ml Moore’s Roots and Leaves
• 5ml of sugar syrup
• 2 dashes of orange bitter
Method:
In a mixing glass or Boston shaker, combine sugar syrup, orange bitter, and Moore’s Roots and Leaves Dry Gin. Fill the mixing glass halfway with ice, then stir vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass of your choice over a giant ice cube and garnish with a fresh orange twist.
Gin Gin Mule

• 2 slices of ginger
• 50ml Moore’s Roots and Leaves
• 25ml lime juice
• 25ml sugar syrup
• 10 mint leaves
• Topped with 100ml of Ginger BeerMethod:
In a cocktail shaker, add the mint leaves, ginger, sugar syrup, and lime juice. Muddle well to release the herb’s essence. Then, add Moore’s Roots and Leaves Dry Gin and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass of your choice filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a freshly picked mint leaf.

• 12 basil leavesMethod:
In a cocktail shaker, add the basil leaves and muddle well to release the essence of the herbs. Then, add Moore’s Roots and Leaves Dry Gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice and fill with ice.
