MOORE’S DRY GIN BASED COCKTAILS

G&T

  • Glassware: Stemless wine glass
    Garnish: Lime wedge

    Ingredients:
    30ml Moore’s Dry Gin
    100ml Fever-Tree indian Tonic

    Method:
    Add Moore’s Dry Gin to a stemless wine glass, fill with ice and add Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water. Squeeze in lime juice and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.

Phil’s Ginspresso

  • Glassware: Martini glass
    Garnish: Coffee beans

    Ingredients:
    30ml Moore’s Dry Gin
    • 30ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
    • 30ml espresso coffee
    • 15ml sugar syrup
    • Thumbnail piece of orange zest
    • Whole coffee beans

    Method:
    Place Moore’s Dry Gin, Mr Black Coffee Liqueur, espresso coffee, sugar syrup and orange zest into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously (60 times to be precise - Phil’s tip!) and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with whole coffee beans.

MARTINI

  • Glassware: Cocktail, martini, Nick Nora or coupette
    Garnish: Olives or lime twist

    Ingredients:
    75ml Moore's Dry Gin
    10ml Dry vermouth

    Method:
    Fill a cocktail shaker three-fourths full of ice cubes. Add Moore’s Dry Gin and Dolin Dry Vermouth, then cover and shake until a thin layer of condensation forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an olive or fresh lemon twist.

Lemon Myrtle Collins

  • Glassware: Highball, collins or tall glass
    Garnish: Lemon wheel

    Ingredients:
    40ml Moore’s Dry Gin
    20ml Lemon Myrtle Liqueur
    20ml lemon juice
    Top with 100ml of soda water

    Method:
    Combine Moore’s Dry Gin, Lemon Myrtle Liqueur and lemon juice in your cocktail glass of choice over ice. Stir well, top with soda water and garnish with fresh lemon.

Clover Club

  • Glassware: Large cocktail or martini glass (210ml)
    Garnish: 3 raspberries

    Ingredients:
    • 60ml Moore's Dry Gin
    30ml lemon juice
    20ml Distillery Botanica Raspberry Liqueur
    20ml sugar syrup
    Glug egg white

    Method:
    Add Moore’s Dry Gin, Raspberry Liqueur, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass of your choice and garnish with three speared raspberries.

NEGRONI

  • Glassware: Stemless wine glass
    Garnish: Pink grapefruit zest and wedge

    Ingredients:
    • 30ml Moore’s Dry Gin
    • 30ml Campari
    • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
    • Pink grapefruit zest
    • Pink grapefruit wedge

    Method:
    Combine Moore’s Dry Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth in a mixing glass. Stir well and strain over ice into a stemless wine glass. Garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge and zest.

Phil’s Finest G&T

  • Glassware: Oversized wine glass or copa
    Garnish: Lime wedge and pink peppercorns

    Ingredients:
    • 50ml Moore’s Dry Gin
    • 150ml Fever-Tree Indian Tonic

    Method:
    Add Moore’s Dry Gin to a wine glass, fill with ice and add Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water. Squeeze in lime juice and garnish with a fresh lime wedge and a handful of pink peppercorns.

MOORE’S ROOTS & LEAVES DRY GIN BASED COCKTAILS

Roots, Leaves & Lemon

  • Glassware: Stemless wine glass
    Garnish: Lemon wedge

    Ingredients:
    30ml Moore’s Roots and Leaves
    100ml Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic

    Method:
    Add Moore’s Roots & Leaves Dry Gin to a stemless wine glass, fill with ice and add Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water. Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge.

Gin Old Fashioned

  • Glassware: Rocks, tumbler, old fashioned or short glass
    Garnish: Orange twist

    Ingredients:
    • 60ml Moore’s Roots and Leaves
    5ml of sugar syrup
    2 dashes of orange bitter

    Method:
    In a mixing glass or Boston shaker, combine sugar syrup, orange bitter, and Moore’s Roots and Leaves Dry Gin. Fill the mixing glass halfway with ice, then stir vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass of your choice over a giant ice cube and garnish with a fresh orange twist.

Gin Gin Mule

  • Glassware: Highball, collins or tall glass
    Garnish: Mint leaf

    Ingredients:
    2 slices of ginger
    50ml Moore’s Roots and Leaves
    25ml lime juice
    25ml sugar syrup
    10 mint leaves
    Topped with 100ml of Ginger Beer

    Method:
    In a cocktail shaker, add the mint leaves, ginger, sugar syrup, and lime juice. Muddle well to release the herb’s essence. Then, add Moore’s Roots and Leaves Dry Gin and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass of your choice filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a freshly picked mint leaf.

Basil Smash

  • Glassware: Rocks, tumbler, old fashioned or short glass
    Garnish: Basil leaf

    Ingredients:
    60ml Moore’s Roots and Leaves
    30ml lemon juice
    10ml sugar syrup
    12 basil leaves

    Method:
    In a cocktail shaker, add the basil leaves and muddle well to release the essence of the herbs. Then, add Moore’s Roots and Leaves Dry Gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass of your choice over fresh ice. Garnish with a freshly picked basil leaf.

MOORE’S DISTILLERS CUT JUNIPER GIN BASED COCKTAILS

Distillers Cut & Pink Grapefruit

  • Glassware: Stemless wine glass
    Garnish: Pink grapefruit slice

    Ingredients:
    30ml Moore’s Distillers Cut Juniper
    100ml Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda

    Method: Add Moore’s Distillers Cut Juniper Gin to a stemless wine glass, fill with ice and add Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda. Garnish with a fresh slice of pink grapefruit.

Southside

  • Glassware: Cocktail, martini, Nick & Nora or coupette
    Garnish: Mint leaf

    Ingredients:
    50ml Moore’s Distillers Cut Juniper
    • 25ml lime juice
    • 10ml sugar syrup
    • 5 mint leaves

    Method:
    Add mint leaves, sugar syrup, lime juice, Moore’s Distillers Cut Juniper Gin and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into a cocktail glass of your choice. Garnish with a single fresh mint leaf.

Last Word

  • Glassware: Cocktail, martini, Nick Nora or coupette
    Garnish: Brandied cherries

    Ingredients:
    25ml Moore’s Distillers Cut Juniper
    25ml Green Chartreuse
    25ml Maraschino
    25ml lime juice

    Method:
    Add Moore’s Distillers Cut Juniper Gin, Green Chartreuse, maraschino and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass of your choice and garnish with a brandied cherry.

Marmalade Gimlet

  • Glassware: Cocktail, martini, Nick & Nora, coupette or rocks
    Garnish: Lime twist

    Ingredients:
    50ml Moore’s Distillers Cut Juniper
    25ml lime juice
    2 bar spoons lime marmalade

    Method:
    Stir Moore’s Distillers Cut Juniper Gin and marmalade into a shaker to dissolve marmalade. Then add lime juice and ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass of your choice and garnish with a fresh lime twist.
